Hello, I'm Shane.

I have had quite a bit of experience with house and dog sitting, which I undertook before the pandemic. I had several repeat clients who would go away every year so it was nice to catch up with all "my" dogs on an annual basis.

I do prefer longer stays when dog-sitting as it helps create a better bond between me and the dog. My longest stay was for 4 months looking after a black-haired retriever called Charlie.

I currently work from home in data entry. All I require is a desk and internet and I am set. My employer is extremely flexible with my hours, in that I do not have set times. As long as I do my 8 hours a day, no matter what time, they are happy. This is ideal for dog sitting as it allows me to take dogs out for multiple walks (if needed) when it suits.

I am a non-smoker, nor do I drink.

Charlie: black haired retriever. I have probably cared for Charlie for well over a year when you combine all the times I have dog-sat.
