We are David and Linda, retired dual British and Australian citizens who have made Australia our home for the last 22 years.

Our working lives were spent mainly in IT software development and support, but during various study and career breaks we have both tried to experience something different, including

• au pair in Germany and Spain
• German to English translator
• administration for a travel company in Spain
• forestry poultry farm and forestry work in the UK
• hospitality in the UK and Israel
• housekeeping and general maintenance in an eco lodge in Ecuador
• fruit picking and sheep farm work in New Zealand
• house and pet sitting in Australia
• hotel housekeeping and relief management in Australia
• caravan park work in Australia

David grew up with dogs and I with hamsters and horses. As a couple we have cared for the homes and pets of family and friends on numerous occasions. We have also frequently volunteered through the online Workaway platform and helped a number of Australian families look after their homes, gardens, pools and pets. Feedback from a couple of these can be supplied.

We are non smokers.

We are trustworthy and reliable and would look after your home, garden and pets as if they were our own.
