About us:
We’re Claudia and Angus, an experienced and caring couple who love looking after pets and homes. We’ve had the pleasure of house sitting across Australia, Europe, and Central/South America, caring for all kinds of animals, including cats, dogs, horses, chickens, birds, rabbits, tortoises, and goldfish. Whether your pets need gentle companionship or energetic playtime, we’re here to provide them with all the love and attention they need.

About Angus:
Originally from Fremantle, Australia, I’ve spent much of my adult life living overseas. My journey with animals began when I was four and befriended a stray cat, who quickly became a cherished family member and even traveled the world with us! Throughout the years, I enjoyed having many pets, including goldfish and more unusual ones like praying mantises, privet hawk moth caterpillars and silk worms. As an engineer, I’ve worked globally on construction projects as a project and development manager, which has given me a knack for handling household issues calmly and efficiently.

About Claudia:
Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I grew up surrounded by dogs and hamsters. As an adult, I developed a deep love for cats and rescued from the street and cared for nine of them over the years. I have a green thumb thanks to my mother, who taught me about plants early on. This passion led me to work as a landscaper in Brazil. I now work as a coach and trainer, focusing on Chinese philosophy (Daoist Arts) and Design for Sustainability. My flexible work-from-home schedule allows me to give pets the attention they need.

Why We Love House Sitting:
We’ve had pets for most of our lives and love the connection we build with animals. House sitting lets us fulfill our love for pets while maintaining a flexible, mobile lifestyle.

We enjoy experiencing new places and cultures like locals rather than tourists, and house sitting allows us to immerse ourselves more deeply.

We believe in a mutually beneficial exchange: peace of mind for you, and a comfortable place for us to stay while exploring new places.

Our Experience:
We’ve taken care of homes and pets in Australia, England, Spain, Holland, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. We have been abroad the last few years and our last house sit was in Mexico earlier this year (2024). We are moving back to Australia and looking forward to settling in Perth.
