They live with their mum full in Sydney.

They would stay with me every others weekend.

I love health and fitness. I have developed a wellness philosophy that is entirely created by our daily chosen behaviour over time. It's how I healed and am thriving after experiencing cancer and an Acquired Brain Injury leading to total mental and physical disability.
