Hi!

My name is Kate and I'm 27 years old. I live and work in Caloundra. I am a friendly, responsible, independent and respectable resident. I don't drink or smoke. I prioritise the things that I commit to, so your home and pets being looked after well is already a priority for me! I'm easy-going and adaptable, so whatever your house and pets' routines are, I can do!

I started house sitting full time from July, 2022. Prior to then I've had experience house sitting for family and friends over both short and long periods of time. I grew up with pets and I've lived and stayed in properties with septic tank systems and off-the-grid set ups.
Since full time house sitting, I've had experience house sitting in different regions around the Sunshine Coast for different lengths of time: days, weeks, months and have looked after dog/s, cat/s, chickens, and multiple of each.

I work part time as an Office Manager in a construction company on weekdays, and my office is located in Moffat Beach. I'm a Christian and am part of a local church in Caloundra, I'm out 2-3 nights a week running/attending different meetings and services.

I have decided to do house sitting for around 6-12 months, plus it's a great time to do it (I'm single, no pets myself etc.). I can also accelerate my savings, to eventually be able to purchase/build my own home. In June 2022, I moved out of a home in Baringa I lived in for 2+ years with a great rental record (rent went up $100pw toward the end of our shared lease). I've lived at other residences for 1+ and 4+ year stints.
