More information about this house sitter

We are Katherine and Joona. We recently moved from Tasmania to Queensland. The owners of homes that we have minded are happy to recommend us and we can provide their contact details. We are very tidy and respectful people, and have experience minding homes as well as different animals. Our former professions were teacher and police officer. We have more recently retrained as a park ranger and wilderness guide respectively. We have extensive experience with dogs, particularly with the breeds: Labradors, German Shepherds, English Springer Spaniels, Gordan Setters, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Golden Retrievers and Groodles, with whom we've grown up with or spent lots of time around through work and relatives, and a housesits. We have some experience with cats mainly through a particular housesit. I (Katherine) have cared for chickens for 20 years and also have had experience with looking after horses, feeding, watering and grooming through some work experience and horse riding lessons growing up. We are nature lovers who really appreciate all the wonderful details that can be found in our urban green spaces, as well as remote wilderness areas. Bird watching is a particular area of interest.
