More information about this house sitter

Hi, we are a family of 4 two adults one human child and one fur child.

We have been living on the road in a caravan for 4 years now.
We are massive animal lovers and our little son has inherited our love for animals also.

John is a first class stainless steel welder and fabricator and has had over 25 years in the industry. He has worked in many different areas from world class breweries to petrol plants to multimillion dollar homes which have all required professionalism and trust.
John grew up on farms and has assisted many animals giving birth and animals just needing love and care. John was born here in Australia but he spent his schooling years growing up in Ireland, where he spent a lot of his time growing up on farms, John is well able to drive tractors and he knows a thing or two about looking after lawns from his upbringing but also the 56acre property we used to own. John is known among our family and friends as the animal whisperer, animals are just drawn to him and its not uncommon to see john walking around with a reptile on his arm or a fur animal on his lap. John has experience working with a vast ray of animals from cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds, hermit crabs, and the list goes on.

Emma is a retired hairdresser and she has a diploma in fashion design and has also worked shift work for 8 years as a disability support worker before having our little 5 year old son Tinny.
Emma grew up with animals galore having loved and cared for, rabbits, dogs, birds, horses, chickens, guinea pigs, ponies, cats, bearded dragon lizards, and hermit crabs on her mums farm before moving out of home.
Being a hairdresser and a disability support worker working in group homes Emma has had ample experience in cleaning, environments but also in environments where she has been required to look after 5 to 6 adults with high needs alone for 8 to 10 hour shifts which carried a lot of trust and responsibility.

Tinny is our little son which is short for Tirnan.
He has spent most of his life living on the road and is real little chatter box, he is extremely sociable and a reasonably good listener for a 5 year old. He is maths obsessed and enjoys meeting new friends. He loves animals a lot and you will see that from the first moment he meets your loved pets. he is a true animal lover at heart and caring for animals really comes naturally to him, He has a kind heart and genuinely cares about others.

Amigo, is our little fur baby. He is a 8 year old English cocker spaniel. He loves people and meeting other fur friends, we take Amigo for walks daily and he goes just fine off the lead at dog beaches and in off leash dog areas. Amigo can get a little excited when first meeting other fur friends but does settle. Amigo is fully toilet trained, and he also gets tick and flea treatment on a regular basis as well as worming. Amigo has settled down over the past few years and his energy levels have slowed right down. Amigo tends to sleep a lot during the day and is pretty chill. He is a pretty happy guy who just loves life and he is our world.

Overall we are a pretty easy going family we try to live a healthy lifestyle, We like to meditate, go on hikes, spend our time at the beach, playgrounds but also like to just relax at home to, we like to eat healthy meals and be good role models for our son. We are homeschooling parents which we take great pride in.
We are not at all into the party scene, we do not do drugs or smoke and we are both non-drinkers.
As we live on the road in a caravan, we would need a place to park our caravan whilst looking after your loved ones. Our caravan is 37ft total length.
We are more than happy to stay in our caravan if need be or if you prefer, we can stay wherever you wish for us to stay.
We are very clean and tidy people; we have been house owners ourselves and we have been in positions where we have had rentals that people have not treated with respect, so we know how it feels to not have your home looked after. As we have a pet ourselves, we know how they deserve to be treated and you can rest assure your animals will be cared for to the highest standards.
Amigo sleeps in his own bed of a night and just loves his own bed.
Our son is fully toilet trained and has been day and night trained since he was two years old meaning he does not wet the bed. He also sleeps with us so no need for more than one double bed. So if you do require us to stay inside your home you can have peace of mind we will look after it to the highest level but as said above we are happy to stay wherever suits you. Both John and Emma have looked after friends and families' pets and homes previously without any issues and they also done a house sit in Dec/Jan 23-24 in Hervey Bay where they looked after two energetic sheep dogs and a home for four weeks and then an extended two weeks without any problems and got a positive review (see photo as it was from another site).

If you feel we might be a good match for you please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Kindest Regards,

John, Emma, Tinny and Amigo
