Hi - We have been looking after your homes and pets for more than a dozen years .
We have happily cared for many , many homes and various much loved pets and smaller farm animals .
Over the last year or so , we took a break from house sitting to care for our own dog - as she had reached her end of life. Our last house and pet sit was over Christmas 2024. We are very pleased to say that we have NEVER had a complaint from any home owner. We are both fully vaccinated. We have checkable security references and multiple verifiable pet , unit and house sit references . Available on request .
Our adult son is in residence in our own home in Brisbane when we are away . We have been listed on. .... Mindahome twice ( we had a break between memberships ) and we were on another reputable site previously ( long term ).
We do many re sits and clients often contact us privately now .

We pet and house sit to enrich our own lives and because we enjoy lots of travel ( more than we can afford! )
By house and pet sitting , we feel we can help others have affordable holidays as well as having semi holidays ourselves. We are sensible and reliable and we also know how to have fun with your pets without endangering them.

We are reasonably fit 😁 and healthy and regular walking / working and playing with your animals is the normal thing to do for us . We will leave your home / pool / yard as we find it, and your pets happy . As we have previously said, we have been looking after family homes , apartments , executive homes and most kinds of animals for many years ( off and on ) without a single complaint from any owner that we have sat for :) - EVER . ## We strongly advise you to make an early booking for any school holiday period .
Our photos are of our own old lady tabby cat - now passed , Sasha - our German S , who passed aged 17 and of own little white doggie ( Scrappy ) who passed away recently , aged 16 . Also we have included a few snaps of the pets we have looked after recently .
We treat all homes with the utmost respect and we promise that , whilst you are away, we will love and take care of your pets just as you do. We are a little too mature to be holding parties in your home :) .


Pools will not go green with us in charge 😁 and basic pumps of all sorts are usually not any problem ( please leave written instructions) and we can deal with most minor emergency home and garden issues and also pet first aid .
- Life is too short to stay home !
We see house and pet sitting as a win win situation for all of us.

We lived in Victoria for many years and also lived and worked in the UK and Croatia for long periods . We have lived in our own home in Queensland for over 20 years now . We enjoy giving you a holiday - without you having to worry about your home and pets.
In return , we enjoy having lots of semi holidays in nice locations. Comfy and clean accommodation is all we need .
When we had our own pets and they have had to be put in kennels :( we found it made us miserable so we try to make this something others do not have to do. Kennels often refuse older pets too - and that IS a problem !
We have also been burgled and that is no fun! - WE UNDERSTAND :)

We are very security conscious and we are happy to care for pet free homes too.
