About this house sitting position in Aratula

We located in a rural residential area of Aratula QLD 4309. On a small property - on just over an acre . Our home is high set home with 3 bedroom and detached office, and a long covered verandah ( nice on a sunny day for a cuppa) their aree two bathrooms along with an outside toilet. Access to our home is by way of stairs both back and front. We do have a two bay undercover carport for vehicles. Aratula is a lovely quiet location with very friendly neighbourhood. Our catchment is Scenic Rim which offers lovely places to visit with an hour to hour half drive from Aratula - for example Mt Tamborine , Canungra , Gold Coast as well as Stanthorpe and Queen Mary Falls near Warwick.
We are a 10 minutes drive to Kalbar, (which is a very quaint village) 15 minute drive Boonah (small shopping village with IGA Supermarket,cafes,pubs, etc) with major shopping centres only 45 minutes away to either Ipswich, Beaudesert and Warwick ( although Cunningham gap is still undergoing repairs but is a lovely winding drive over the Cunningham Gap on the way to Warwick which has a large shopping precinct.

We are looking for a couple who love dogs to look after our home and our two dogs Astro (Dalmatian 6 years old ) and Apollo ( standard poodle 2 years old)

They are best of friends and play well together and walk well together.

Both Astro is and Astro love their daily walk each morning and playing fetch ball in the afternoons I’m sure Astro can tell the time as he know when its 3pm ready for their ball play which is between 15 minutes to 30 minutes each day - depending on weather and the boys . Our two furry boys are house trained and they both sleep inside at night in their own beds on the floor in our room however we have woken up in the morning to find them at end of our bed, still trying to get them out of this habit.- but at the moment especially in colder months they will sneak up

We are happy with you to exploring the area leaving out boy in the yard , but request our boys not left alone for long extended periods maximum 4 to 6 hours or when dark.

You will have your own room with a king size bed, own bathroom with full access to the main house.

Depending on weather we would appreciated our plants to be watered if they require it along with a small vegetable garden (Just getting ready to plant winter veggie so finger crossed my veggies will grow).

If this all sounds like a place you would like to spend time at or you require more information we would love yo hear from you. We are seeking a couple who are familiar with dogs as they are both fully grown boys.
