About this house sitting position in Ashgrove

Hi!
We are looking for lovely, reliable people to look after our 7-month-old puppy - Zippy, and our stocky staffi, Jacky! He LOVES belly rubs and is a sucker for treats, and she loves playing fetch and lounging on the couch. Zippy knows a lot of words already, like: come, leave it, drop it, sit, down, bed, touch, free, and wait. They love having people around and are very good with other dogs, however, Zippy tends to get overexcited when seeing other dogs. We are working on this with him, walking on the lead is still challenging. He is learning to be alone in the crate and can already handle a couple of hours alone. However, he cannot be left in the house for longer than 3 hours and he cannot be left alone outside of his crate since he can be naughty.

We live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, house with a large living room/ kitchen space including an adjacent terrace. A garden in the back has a seating area downstairs, a ping-pong table and basic gym equipment under the house. The house has good wifi and internet reception, and the TV has multiple streaming apps that can be used. There is levelled parking on our driveway but this is not covered. Your bedroom will be nice and welcoming when you arrive. There is a clothing rack with hangers and a small chest of drawers at your disposal.

We are located in Ashgrove, Brisbane. There is a bus stop 5min walking away and there are some restaurants, cafés and shops close by. There even is a bowls club 2 streets away. It is a 20-min drive to the city centre. It is a quiet neighbourhood with some lovely walks through the forest in the area, dogs allowed ;)
