About this house sitting position in Aspendale Gardens

We own a large house that we rent out the rooms for while we also occupy the space. We have long term tenants that are clean tidy and respectful of everyone’s space. They are also young and always out of the house 😊 they are 28 and 29 kiwi and Ausi male. They have their own toilets and their own living room. The room you will possibly be taking is also a small apartment within the house! It’s got its own living room with a couch and a tv + AC and ensuite (with a hot tub) and a walk in robe and a mini fridge 😄 The house has multiple living areas and an alfresco with an outdoor kitchen and a home gym😊 there is also a private home office you can use if you WFH and we have a cleaning roster and bin and dishwasher roster ! Everything works like a well oiled machine. We will be needing someone to mind our home ( including our 2 dogs and our rabbit and 2 fish ) for a little over 2 months. We have an incredible space and our pets are super loving and friendly. Everything will be provided for all pets. We require someone with pet experience to take care of our animals and gentle home maintenance. We also have the beach 10 mins away and stunning walking trails all around us including the waterways.
