About this house sitting position in Balga

Two-story house with a small, easily maintained yard. It's situated on a battle-axe block, providing a quiet and private setting as it's positioned behind another house. We are currently seeking a house sitter for the period of 20 th December 2024 to 4 th January 2025.

In addition to the comfortable living space, we have two Jack Russells who would love your company during your stay and go on walks with you. The house is modern and equipped with external security cameras, a doggy door, and an upstairs area. You'll have access to free WiFi and utilities. The house is air-conditioned for your comfort. The pergola in the back yard provides a quiet space to read or enjoy a bbq.

Convenience is key, with a bus stop right in front of the gate and a 1-minute walk to the bus stop. Shopping centers are in close proximity, and it's a 30-minute bus and train ride to reach Perth center. If you prefer the beach, it's just a 15-minute drive away.
