About this house sitting position in Balwyn

Brightly lit spacious two bed, one bathroom apartment with a separate dinning room and kitchen in Bawlyn. We have aircons in the main living room and bedroom which cools the whole apartment down. The balcony is a perfect spot to read your book, have a glass of wine or have a BBQ.

Cat: we have a 3 year old Russian Blue cat who is reserved but is affectionate once she gets to know you. She is indoor only and likes to sleep all day, follow the sun and loves to play. If you wish to stay, you will need to feed her, clean her litter box and occasionally play with her. We can provide you more information about our little cat upon request.

The apartment is in a small block of flats and is on the first floor. No lift.

Location: 500 meters to Whitehorse Road shopping strip including Woolworths and local cafes and restaurants.
Transport: 300 meters to the 109 tram that takes you to Richmond and Melbourne CBD. The train station is a 15 min walk.
The local library, cinema, leisure centre and tennis courts are all nearby.
