Beautiful 7 year old Golden Retriever is named Shelby, who gives lots of love. Several pots that need watering.

I would prefer an older married couple if possible.

I have a contemporary home which is spacious and light-filled with 3 bedrooms. Living in leafy Belair in the Adelaide Hills, it is 5 km ‘up the hill’ from the suburbs ‘on the flat’.

Walking distance from the home there is a cafe, bakery, takeaway, 3 restaurants, BP service station, 2 doctors surgeries, and in the small group of shops is a chemist and Post Office,

There is a wide verandah the width of the house, looking out onto the private enclosed garden. I love to garden , especially flowers. Tall gum trees overlook the yard from a small reserve opposite. Relaxing on the verandah is a favourite pastime, enjoying the outlook and listening to the waterwall.

The very extensive Belair National Park is a 5 minute drive away. From there are many beautiful drives into the scenic upper hills and country villages.

A bus stop is out the front of the home, and train a 7 minute walk along a beautiful road lined with English trees.
The beach is a 20 minute drive away.
The city is a 20 minutes drive in non-peak hour.
