About this house sitting position in Botany

We’re looking for a responsible house sitter to care for our 2-bedroom apartment in Botany and our 5-year-old cat, Banksy.

About the Apartment:

Located in Botany, built in 2008 (semi-modern with no damp or mold issues).

Low-level complex: one apartment below and no one above.

Small, east-facing balcony perfect for your morning coffee, with a charming view of the neighbours and the Kellogg’s factory and an old-fashioned cereal factory.

Central grass area and BBQ space in the complex.

Access requires climbing one flight of stairs (no ramp or lift).

What’s Included:

Well-equipped kitchen: BBQ, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Ninja Bullet, food processor, slow cooker, Ninja Creami, and filtered water.

Laundry: washing machine and dryer.

Weekly care for a few pot plants on the balcony.
No microwave. We use natural cleaning products and toiletries wherever possible.

About Banksy:

A 5-year-old, loving cat who adores human company. She sleeps indoors (often curled up on the bed) and needs daily affection.

Banksy enjoys sitting outside on the steps, watching the world go by. She goes outside daily for social interaction and bathroom needs.

She has some skin issues that require occasional application of cream.

1-minute walk to a bus stop, connecting you to Mascot Station or Eastgardens Westfield.
