About this house sitting position in Burpengary East

We are looking for a house/pet sitter from December 24th 2024 until the 8th January 2025 (2 weeks and 1 day) while we are away overseas. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with garage, a/c, internet, kitchen and 2 lounge rooms, located in Burpengary East (North Harbour estate). 5 minutes to local shops & restaurants, 40 minutes to sunshine coast and Brisbane CBD (off peak).

We have a 3 year old female english staffy named Charlie. She is very low maintenance, social, happy and house trained. She uses a dog door to take herself in and out of the house during the day so there is no need to be home during the day, she doesn't bark or have any seperation anxiety. Will only really require to be fed and watered and the occasional walk, along with bringing in of an evening (has made herself sick from toads so is only out at night under supervision). If house sitter is out of an evening, she can be left inside. Charlie is social with other dogs under supervision, so would consider a sitter with pets in the right circumstance.

No expectation of any yard work to be done, irrigation system feeds most of the plants, just the odd pot plant to be watered once per week.
