About this house sitting position in Canungra

We live in a newly built 4 bedroom house. We are sitting on a reasonably large slopy block with an unfinished garden which is currently unfenced.
There is space for two cars to park in front of the garage. A campervan or caravan could also be possible but might have to park on the grass in the front yard.

We have two pets.
1x dog: Lexie a crossing between a German Shepherd/Husky and a Blue Heeler. She is currently 1y and 7 months old enthousiastic female dog who needs to be walked regularly and is taken out to the dog park at least once but sometimes twice per day. Toilet trained.
1x cat. Bikkie is a 1y and 8 months old Ragdoll male cat, and a staying inside cat. Toilet trained. He's pretty cruisy.
