About this house sitting position in CARINGBAH SOUTH

Our home is a villa consisting of 3 bedrooms & two bathrooms with a two car garage. Outside are two small grass areas for relaxing with comfortable outdoor furniture. Your accommodation would consist of one bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower and bath. Parking for your vehicle would be safe in the driveway. The home is an open plan layout with TV , Netflix and WIFI and also a full kitchen. There is local transport, bus and train. The local surf beaches are a 20 minute walk away or bus. I will be overseas from 1st June to end of August 2025 and would love to have a pet/house sitter, ONE PERSON ONLY to look after my home and my 3 year old very very loving cat. He is more "dog" like as he follows you around, be it outside or inside. I also have a pet Cockatiel who is 12 and his cage is small. He goes outside in the morning on a nice day, in his cage of course, as he loves to watch the world go bye. My home is tiled throughout & is easy to keep clean. My home is a "no shoe house".There is local transport, bus and train. The local surf beaches are a 20 minute walk away or bus. Major grocery stores and large Malls are also close by.
