About this house sitting position in Cleveland

We live in bayside Cleveland on a block overlooking Moreton Bay. It has water views and gets a good bay breeze most afternoons.
The house is private, comfortable, and secure. It has a modern kitchen and Internet access via Wifi.

We are within minutes of large shopping centres and Moreton Bay, restaurants, weekend markets and bay side walks and cycle ways. The Brisbane CBD is 13 km away.

The main house has a secure backyard and side fences. It is in a quiet street and a quiet neighbour. Shopping and transportation are close, public transport consists of a Brisbane City Council bus.

The house sitter would need to water the garden once a week and look after indoor plants. The garden is not big so this should not be too onerous.

We have 2 cats. One cat is a pedigreed Abyssinian cat (Tom) and needs to kept indoors at night. The other cat (Tam) is an outdoors cat and needs to be kept out of the house. The dog is a very clever black and white 6 yo short haired Border Collie. She has done Flyball and agility. There is a dog park within walking distance of the house and it would be great if she is walked at least once a day for exercise and a toilet requirements.

We would expect the house to be kept clean and tidy and left in the way it was found.
