About this house sitting position in Dudley Park

Hi there, I'm Josie 🌻I have a lovely home in Mandurah 5mins from the estuary foreshore and all amenities, shopping, forum, bus stops, cafes etc.
I am ideally looking for a mature, fit and handy couple to take care of my home, predominately the gardens and pets. Must be a green thumb and in tune with animals needs.
My property is 822sq m with gardens front and back that will need to be watered by manually moving the sprinkler around as the retic is currently down but will be getting fixed in the near future. The sprinkler needs to be moved 3-4 times front and back as needed so will need to be physically fit as I will require some light weeding and general maintenance of the garden.
I also have a dog, Wilbur. He is 7 and a chocolate lab x staffy. He will need walks and love, food/water checks and attention and all the good stuff. He is medium-large and very strong. He is very smart and well behaved but will need a strong person. I like to keep his weight good so needs to stick to a certain routine however some treats still allowed coz who can resist! Just not too many...He's my best mate and is very important to me so a dog lover is a must.
There is Angus, Jack and Major,my canaries that will need covering and uncovering at morning/night, water/food checks, cage cleaning if required and lookouts for butcher birds...in return they will sing you some tunes!
There is a flock (8) of cheeky chooks out the back so daily egg collection, water food refills and pen cleanouts are required.
There can sometimes be breakouts or some general repairs around their area needed so need someone with a keen eye and a handy and resourceful mindset.
There are also various tanks and ponds around the property and inside the house, not much is required there apart from occasional water top ups and to be mindful of its goings on. There are resident frogs that live in one of the ponds that you will hear at night, they can be loud sometimes so need to be ok with that.
The property is gated but not impenetrable but the area is safe and quiet and I would need to be mindful and respectful of my neighbours.
I am a private person and have put alot of love into my place, it's not perfect and is a little left of the centre, but it's my little world and I love my animals and plants alot. I would not and do not expect perfection and am a very understanding person, however I do expect respect and honesty for my property and pets and for people to please only apply if you think you are up to it and with only good intentions.
