About this house sitting position in Echuca

Caretakers/house sitters required for a small accommodation business in Echuca, northern Victoria.
The position is for 4-5 weeks starting 30 March whilst the owner is overseas on holiday in New Zealand.
It is a small, pet friendly accommodation business (5 units) centrally located within walking distance to the river, historic port and town centre. Duties include
1) answering both phone and email enquiries
2) checking guests in/out.(check out before 10am, check in after 4pm)
3) Engaging cleaners when required.
4) Water gardens and general sweeping.
5) Short walks for friendly resident dog (German Shepherd now 11 years old)
The office is open 7.30-8.30am and 4-9pm, leaving the day free to pursue what you like. There are local cleaners engaged on a daily needs basis. With email, phone and whatsapp I am contactable almost 24/7 whilst in New Zealand. In addition. I have local backup persons who can assist in most matters.
The magnificent house has an en-suite bedroom, 2 large lounges, sun filled balconies (overlooking state forest) and office. It also has extensive gardens, but these require minimal maintaining during the autumn/ winter months (minimal watering but sweeping paths required).
This position would suit perhaps an active single person or retired couple seeking a relaxing autumn/winter in sunny Echuca. This is a major tourist town in northern Victoria with excellent facilities - sporting, restaurants, clubs, cinemas, transport etc.
