About this house sitting position in Elanora Heights

Renovated modernist house on 1700 sqm property with native garden in Sydney Northern Beaches. The property directly adjoins bushland, no fences, with creek running through the property. Absolutely quiet, with National Park at its boundaries, positioned on top of Narrabeen Lakes and short drive to the Northern Beaches ocean. Direct access to walking and mountain biking tracks.

We are looking for a single person or couple to look after our house and animals while we are visiting family in Europe for 4 weeks.

Dash and Molly are super friendly and cuddly senior Jack Russells x dachshund/mini foxy, who live inside. They can be left alone for a few hours but are used to someone being around most of the time.

We also have a few chickens to be looked after.

You'll sleep in the guest bedroom (DB) and have your own bathroom (with shower). The house has two living areas, one of which is part of the main open kitchen-dining-lounge area. Heating is by wood stove in this area of the house (fire wood is provided), or if preferred, electric heaters can be used. The bedroom and back living room can also be heated by induction heaters. Bathroom has floor heating.

The garden doesn't need much in winter; possibly watering once a week if there is no rain for weeks. There are a few indoor plants that may need some water every now and then. Read more...
