About this house sitting position in Elanora QLD

Welcome to The Resort a lovely home with pool in a very quiet neighbourhood.
I require a house sitter for security, general maintenance, supervision and care of my home whilst I am away.
The Gardner will continue to mow the lawns, and the pool is serviced monthly.
The house sitters will be required to clean the pool filter , water the garden and basically supervise the property.
The house sitters willl occupy the downstairs area of the home which has an ensuite, wardrobe, living area and a small kitchen. Access to the pool and outdoor area is just through the doorway. There is access to other areas of the home, which include the laundry.
The house sitters MUST NOT have pets, or children stay in the home.
My preference is for a mature couple who are fit and active, who walking, playing golf, pickle ball, tennis etc. They are ideally a couple who would enjoy the benefits local areas of Currumbin, Tallebudgera and the surrounding areas of the Gold Coast. There are numerous beautiful beaches, Currumbin and Tallebudgera creeks, golf courses, restaurants and cafes and the hinterland all very close to my home.
The house sitters must be respectful of my elderly neighbour who lives next door and MUST NOT present any noise which would disturb him.
