About this house sitting position in Geraldton

My home is in the town on a quiet street. I am very close to the beach and coffee shops - within walking distance.
I have very nice neighbours and a female dog, called Tuppy. She is 14 years old. Tuppy doesn't have to be walked but can go on a short walk in the cool of the day.
I have a reticulated garden. I'm hoping for someone keen on gardening to do some maintenance and care for a dog.
There are 3 bedrooms and the house can sleep 6 people. My home has both air conditioning and heating.

Geraldton in the Winter is a delight with the average temperature around 20 degrees. It is a great time to explore the regional area, including Kalbarri, the Pink Lakes, the Abrolhos Islands and the incredible wildflowers.
The Sydney memorial is outstanding and known throughout Australia.
The WA Museum covers our history, including the Dutch Batavia wreck on the Abrolhos Islands.
Geraldton has 2 Golf Clubs and a huge following for surfing, windsurfing and fishing.
The Sunday markets are across the road, as is Chair Yoga.
