Cute + Coastal beach house built in the 70s. Less than a 2 minute drive to the picturesque Gerringong beach and less than a 5 minute walk to the main town strip full of cozy cafes, sweet local stores, boutique pilates studio, gym and local restaurants.
Surrounded by beautiful coastal lines including Gerroa, Shoalhaven Heads and seven mile beach as well as the South Coast Wine region.
2 bed (1 queen in main bedroom and 1 double in spare), big backyard.
Needs to be dog people as we have 2x Weimaraner's that have a lot of energy and require at least 1 big walk a day and lots of cuddles and attention.
They can not be left alone overnight as 1 has quite a bit of separation anxiety and are inside dogs at night. They are exceptionally friendly and love people.
House is 400m to train station. 200m from local pub, brewery and winery at the end of the road.
10 minute drive to Kiama (North).
10 minute drive to Berry (South).
It will also be prime Summer time that you will be staying at our little coastal home.
