About this house sitting position in Greenwood

Hi All, we require someone to "take our place", we have a nice house on a great street with lovely neighbours. Cafe and restaurants within short walking distance, and also shops are close by. Parks also close by. You will be an animal lover, clean, tidy, respectful and caring. We have one dog Beau who is a small non shedding Maltese x Shitzu, who is young and loves a cuddle and a walk daily, then we have two cats, Bella is older and she will tell you when you can pat her she may want to sit on your lap or she may not ! Then there is Sid who is a young cat and he is full of adventure, he loves a cuddle . We would ask that you are respectful to our home and look after it well by keeping it clean and tidy, but more importantly we ask that you treat our pets well, Beau will need to sleep in the room with you, he will decide if he sleeps on the floor or on the bottom of your bed with you, the cats will do their own thing come bed time depending on their mood. Our house is split level so there are some steps within the house. We leave on Wednesday 26th February and return on Saturday 8th March, but I think it might be best for the sitter to arrive on the 25th February and spend the night with us so that we can show you the ropes and the pets can get used to you in our presence. I should add, we will also require house sitting from 30th July to 15th September so we really hope that whoever does the February sit can also do the July sit, so if you are not available later in the year maybe it's not a good idea to do the first one.
