About this house sitting position in Hamersley

I am travelling overseas on 20th May through to 7th July. My three bedroom, one bath duplex home, garden and my trusty pooch, Rabbie need someone caring to look after them.
Rabbie is a standard poodle who is 6 years old. He is a lovable and friendly boy who enjoys his daily walks and an opportunity to say hello to other friendly dogs and their owners.
We have a wonderful local open space in walking distance or a quick drive.
I have a small garden at the rear of the property, lawn and young trees, shrubs at the front, potted plants, spa outdoors (which takes care of itself pretty much) and a covered outdoor area.
There is a single garage however my car will most likely remain there. There is plenty of room to park beside the house.
Living areas offer a theatre/lounge room and an open plan living/dining and kitchen, which is where most time is spent.
Two bedrooms are set up with queen beds and the third room is used as a study space. The second bedroom with queen bed would be the only bedroom available to the sitter.
Bathroom consists of a walk in glassed shower and a separate toilet.
Reverse cycle zoned air conditioning is available throughout the home.
Probably best suited to a single person or couple.
