Hello,
We are after someone to look after our 15-year-old female Manchester Terrier dog Bushka, 6 fish (outdoor pond) and our home.
Bushka the Queen is a small 6 kilo terrier and will require a short walk each day to keep her active.
She is great with people but not so much with other dogs and best to keep dogs away when out.
She sleeps inside in a crate at night and basically comes and goes during the day depending on the sun via her dog door.
The fish just require daily food and water top if level drops.
We live in a beautiful part of the Lower Blue Mountains with easy access to many bush walk and trails.
Approx. 30 mins from Penrith town Centre, 20 minutes from Richmond and Coles is located at Winmelee 5 mins drive.
You will require your own transport as bus service is limited.
The property is a ground level cement rendered 3 b/room, 2-bathroom, lounge, dinning, kitchen and outdoor area house on an average house block size. The garden has levels with easy access.
NBN, Pay TV, gas heater and air conditioning.
No real lawn care is required, and we can get a friend to mow the yards if required during your stay.
Preferred non-smoker, single person that can work from home or retired to spend time with Bushka,
A female is preferred as Bushka reacts better to females
