About this house sitting position in HAWTHORN

A red brick old style unit with 2 bed room (1x queen size bed and 1x day bed/sofa bed) , living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath tub. There is one carpark. 2 cats (1 and 2 years old boys, indoor cats). They are both easy going cats and playful and friendly.
It's very private location, there will be only 5 units here and all neighbours are mid 30's-40's and we know each other. There is a communal small garden with outside table/chairs set up so you can hang out for tea /coffee on sunny days.
Right next to the Yarra River, 1 mins walk to river side walk, 5 mins walk to 109/12 tram stops, 10 mins walk to 48 tram stop, 5 mins walk to Victoria Garden. 10-15 mins to the city, Fitzroy, Richmond, Kew. Easy access to South side as well.
Need someone to look after my cats and plants while I'm away.

Require someone who loves cats and make sure look after them well.
You are welcome to invite a friend or two but please do not use for party, respect our neighbours. Not a party house. No smoking inside please.
