We have a duplex home with 1 main bedroom with an en-suite and a second bathroom with a bath and shower.
There are all the modern amenities with a revamped kitchen, TV in the lounge, WI-Fi, aircon (lounge and bedroom) etc. There's also a small, fenced garden out the front. There is a driveway out front but the garage has become a bit of a storage unit and there's no space to park in there.
We are close to all the theme parks, nature reserves, national parks and many beaches. It's about 5 minutes to Westfield, 4 minutes to a petrol station and Coles, along with pretty much anything else you might need nearby. There's so much to do around here that it's impossible to cover it all here.
Our 2 small dogs and 1 elderly cat need someone to give them lots of attention and 2 meals a day while we are away.
No parties or friends over at the house :-)
