About this house sitting position in HERITAGE PARK

We live in a beautiful brick home on a half acre block in a small acreage area, our street is short with no through traffic and is very quiet, and with great neighbours. We also have beautiful bush walking tracks just 100 mtrs from our house.
There is a major shopping centre and smaller centres nearby with supermarkets, food hall, major shops etc, there are also gyms, taverns, pubs and clubs, we are blessed with all facilities and services you would need nearby.
Even though our block is large we have minimal mowing, as our block (including the front yard) is mainly native gardens, fruit trees, organic vegie gardens, and a large enclosed chook yard.
We would need some plants and the vegie gardens to be watered (if it doesn't rain), the chooks have an automatic feeder and water system, but would require some attention though, the bonus being you get fresh eggs and vegies, and whatever fruit is ripe for your efforts, and as mentioned minimal mowing.
The second bedroom (with a queen size bed) has an adjoining bathroom and toilet for your use, only one bedroom is available.
We have a large variety of bird life here so we enjoy sitting with a cuppa and watch them do there thing in the native bushes and trees.
We have an outside kitchen in the large patio with a very old wood fired stove ( plenty of wood), a Weber Q BBQ plus other items outside, the kitchen stove has a gas top, electric oven, and a wood fired heater in the family room.
There is a dedicated study and desk that you may utilise, with your own computer/ printer of course.
There is room on the driveway for a caravan with power and water available.
We are non smokers and would require our house sitters to be the same.
Our backyard is fenced, we have 2 beautiful small dogs, that we may leave home, however, we are not sure at the moment what we will do with them, we love our beautiful bird life here, so we cannot have cats on the premises. Read more...
