About this house sitting position in Joondanna

We have a low maintenance house located in Joondanna just nearby to the Dog Swamp Shopping Centre. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. The house also has an extra garage spot to be able to park in a sealed garage.

The home comes with a fully furnished spare room with a queen bed and own walk in robe, bathroom for you to use as well the usual streaming services to watch whatever you like. We have high speed wifi and a good office set up for anyone that likes to work from home. This includes air conditioning if needed.

We are looking for someone who is able to look after and spend time with our two beautiful dogs. One Groodle and One Spoodle. The Groodle does require his medication once in the morning and once in the evening. This is just oral medication and he has it with a piece of ham (lucky pup!) We will ensure all of the food is prepared and all medication and of course ham is available in plenty.

In terms of house tasks we are looking for someone who can:

- Care for the 2 dogs with the medication consistency and ideally take them out for a daily walk, there are many sealed parks nearby where they can be taken to and they can run around freely if you like or they are equally happy to be walked anywhere and everywhere.

- The front and back garden is already set up with reticulation but needs to be turned on manually (turns off automatically) so if that can be run at least twice a week

- We only have about 4 indoor plants so just a tiny bit of water for them once a fortnight
- And lastly someone who is will take reasonable care of the property
