About this house sitting position in Kiama Downs
3 bedroom home with northerly views of minnamurra river, Kiama golf course and ocean. Newly renovated with comfort in mine, ducted air-conditioning, underfloor heating, coffee machine and a beautiful deck with built-in bbq and outside TV.
Local activities: enjoy swimming, kayaking at minnamurra river approximately a 5 min walk, local beaches - Jones beach, boneyard, and bombo beach, visit the famous town of Kiama only 5 min driver away with many attractions.
Our house come with 2 beautiful dogs Indie -Samoyed, Kaluha - Australian Shepperd who enjoy daily walks and are fed once daily. 2 cats mittens and ninja (pretty self-sufficient) just provide wet food once a day.
We also have 5 chicken for you to enjoy some fresh eggs - large containers with food and water are set up for minimum workload (just give them some of your scraps and collect the eggs).
