Hello fellow house sitters! My lovely bunny Nugget needs someone to watch him whilst I’m in Bali for two weeks between 9/5-23/5 .

We live in a granny flat in Lane Cove West. It’s a super cute & comfy spot, just one bedroom but has so much charm & character. Lots of indoor plants, a very comfy couch & a dedicated yoga spot that you’re very welcome to use! A well equipped kitchen with kettle/delonghi coffee machine/blender/reliable + clean oven.
Please note There is no air con, no tv and no wifi. I do have a good Dyson fan.

My landlord doesn’t know I have a pet so some discretion is needed.

There is a lovely family with 1 small kid that lives in the main house, they are friendly but do make some noise, especially on the weekend as we share a garden.

Nugget is a free range senior bun with his litter box & food in the living room. He spends his days lounging in the bedroom & enjoys some love & pets in the evening. He is used to being home alone during the day whilst I’m at work.
He is pretty low maintenance, just needs fresh food/water/hay every day & his litter box changed every 2 days or so, and some cuddles.

Nugget enjoys company & can be very affectionate. but can be left alone for one night if needed, as long as he is left with enough food/water.

Hoping to find someone who has some experience with free range bunnies.

The house is on a quiet residential street, very close to a good park, with a great walking trail & river access. It’s also close to the lane cove shops, about a 25 minute walk.

Street parking is timed during the week (2hrs free). I don't have a parking permit.
There is a street around the corner (15 meters away) that has untimed parking, there is usually 1 or 2 spots available there.

I do have a small carport, but it is truly very small & up a long driveway. It is hard to manoeuvre any car into the space - but if your car is small enough you are very welcome to use it.
