About this house sitting position in Little Hartley

We are looking for a preferred mature couple with no accompanying dogs to mind our small acreage (6 acres), 5 year old north facing home with open fire and air con. It has 4 bedrooms, study and 2 bathrooms, has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. Our property has chickens, alpacas and suffolk sheep which are all self care except chickens require water and food checks every 2nd/3rd day. Our Hamptons style house has a small house rabbit and a cat which need daily feeding but can be left for up to 3 days. We have a lovely self care garden with lots of flowers and some pot plants that require a weekly water.
We are close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, hospitals and have the world famous Blue Mountains at our doorstep. Penrith and Bathurst are each an hour away, Lithgow and Katoomba are 25 minutes away. Lake Lyle is 35 minutes away and perfect for boating and there is lots of trout fishing in the area.
We are planning a 4 week trip during end of June to end of July 2025.
