About this house sitting position in Marrickville

Hi there! We’re heading to Europe for four weeks and are looking for a responsible and experienced pet sitter to take care of our beloved Lakeland Terrier, Axel. We live in a modern, two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Marrickville, surrounded by great cafes, parks, and a vibrant community.

Axel is a lively and affectionate Lakeland Terrier with a big personality. He’s full of energy, loves to play, and enjoys his daily walks. However, like many terriers, he has his own quirks—he prefers to be touched on his terms, isn’t a fan of shopping trolleys or skateboards, or motorbikes, doesn't like people walking close by as they pass him, and can get quite intense when playing.

We’d love a sitter who:
✅ Has experience with terriers and understands their unique traits.
✅ Can provide structure and set boundaries while still giving Axel plenty of love.
✅ Is available to take him for at least two walks per day.
✅ Can keep him company and engage him with playtime.

You’ll be staying in our comfortable and modern two-bedroom apartment in Marrickville, a fantastic inner-west Sydney suburb. The area is filled with great cafes, local markets, and beautiful parks, making it a wonderful place to explore while caring for Axel.
