About this house sitting position in Morphett Vale

Make yourself at home in our cosy unit. We have two doggies Delilah Cavoodle and Oliver Spaniel x who would need caring for they are both 1.5 years. They are both easy going and happy to play fetch inside, snuggle up or go on walks. If walking they are excitable to meet other dogs but friendly. Our home is a two bed unit with no maintenance required other than picking up after dogs out the back. The dogs have access to inside and outside through the back at all times via doggy door. Oliver is not so good at going out of the doggy door so does require letting out every few hours, or before going out and after getting home. He will let himself back in!!!! Dogs are not to be let out the front at any time as they will run off and is against Strata rules. Other than cleaning up after yourself and doggies nothing much more to be done. Please feel free to use staples from the cupboard, tea and coffee (nespresso pod machine available). The second bedroom has a triple loft bunk with a fold out couch to chill on with ambient lights to watching tv or spend time gaming. Main bed has a large tv and sound system as well as the lounge. Please respect Strata rules and our neighbours. We are 10 mins from stunning beaches and about 15 mins from Mclearen Vale wine region and beyond. Shops and eateries within a couple of minutes. Very close to Junk Food Corner, HJs, Domino's, McDonalds, KFC, Zambrero's, Thai, Indian, Yiros all an easy walk. Also very close to Chemists, supermarkets including Coles, Woolies and IGA/Foodland, Target, Bunnings, petrol stations, car washes, pubs, cafes, doctors, shopping centres, optimotrists, news agents, post office, nail salons, barber/hair dressers and much more. Cinema's within 10 minutes drive as well as Ice Skating rink. Walking and riding trails within minutes. Swim centres within 5-15 mins further South or towards Marion. Adelaide Hills very close with lots of activities to offer. Happy Valley resevoir 10 mins away, walking trails, swimming and kayaking. City about 30 mins away.
