About this house sitting position in Mount Martha

Our home is a 6 bedroom house with a pool and large garden (1700m2). We are 10-15min walk (~1.5km) from Mount Martha Seaside Village and from the deck you can enjoy filtered seaviews and stunning sunsets. We are 3min walk from the famous Pillars and walking distance to South Beach.

We have a kelpie and a Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever, 4 and 3yrs old respectively. They require at least two walks a day as they have high energy.

Diesel the kelpie has a sensitive stomach and therefore gets a cooked meal at night, kibble in the morning. Dinner consists of a carb, a veg and qualitative pet mince. All food will be provided of course.

Both Indie (Nova Scotia) and Diesel loves beach and bush walks. They have excellent recall and are fine on and off leash.

Archie the 4yr old cat is fairly self sufficient - just need to ensure there is food for him and to give him his wet food at night.

We have 10 chickens - poop tray to be cleaned twice a week. Bedding to be cleaned once a week. Regular egg collection and ensuring there is always fresh water and the food tower is full.

As it’s winter, the garden nor the greenhouse will not require any attention.

The house also has 2 wood burners, to keep you warm as well as ducted heating. Read more...
