About this house sitting position in Nedlands

Hi there, I am looking for someone to look after my 3 years old Maltese (Yimi) from December 10 to January 15.

I am looking for someone we can trust, someone who is willing to walk Yimi at least once a day after evening meal (his routine for business) around the lovely neighbour. Morning walk would be bonus but not necessary as he is happy to visit at the backyard garden. He can be left home most of the time(max 6-7hours).

We live in nedlands, the western suburbs of perth. It’s about 5 min drive to the swan river, 5 min to the nearest Swanbourne beach, 5 min to UWA and 10 min to the city. Famous common bakery is 5 min walk. IGA is also 5 min walk away.

The neighbourhood has been super safe and lovely. You would enjoy every bit in the area.

Yimi is a great dog, adore human. When he spots you sitting on the sofa, he’ll effortlessly come to your lap and make himself comfortable. He runs fast, like a lightning speed, sometimes hop like a bunny, and has a thing for running to say hi to dogs far-ish away if off the leash. Occasionally, when you open the front door, and if anything catches his interest, he would wait for opportunity and dash out the door.

He doesn’t have any specific dietary restrictions, though he can be a bit picky at times. He loves meatballs, which he gets every evening. In the morning, he has dry food available, but whether he eats it often depends on his mood. However, he would never say no to threats!

Like any other small dog, he barks when he sees strangers or post delivery. He works as door bell for us as he would let you know if there’s any visitor!

Ideally for someone who is/are responsible, mature and can commit to the proposed date.
