2 bedroom cottage built 1947 very quaint has front verandah lovely yard with shrubs and flowers and some native trees, back yard has bungalow fruit trees and other trees feels like a small forest very close to Oakleigh shopping Centre as well as Chadstone Shopping Centre short walk to pool and recreation Centreand also shot walk to bike and walking track. About 15 minutes walk to railway station and bus at the end of street.
Will be needing watering and gardening and some mowing
