About this house sitting position in Pagewood

Hello! My name is Jessica. I’m looking for someone who can stay in my place from 08Dec to 12Jan and look after my dog Bluey (3 y.o, Blue heeler mix). I live in a house in Pagewood, NSW with 2 friends (males and have their own rooms). We’re located 10 min by car to Maroubra, 12 min to Coogee, Malabar and La Perouse, 15 min walk to the shopping centre (Eastgardens Westfield). The house is lovely, has back and front garden, aircon, WIFI, big driveway, storage room and a beautiful view from the kitchen. You will stay in my private room, which has a queen bed, TV and closet. I have also an office room, so if you need more space, you can use it as well. My friends work full time, so you will only see them in the evenings and weekends (sometimes). You can cook if you need to and use the laundry and facilities in our home for free. In exchange, you will need to take my dog Bluey for walks twice a day (1hr per walk) and feed him (I’ll let his food made). Bluey is very chill dog, fun and very friendly. He is a medium dog, not aggressive and very good at recall and obedient. He loves his walks, playing at the park with other dogs, chasing the ball or frisbee. We take him to a dog park 3 min walk from home and to a bigger park called Mutch park (10 min walk from home). He also loves going to the beach and if you love swimming and want to take Bluey, there is a beach near home called Yarra bay (10 min by car) which has the most crystal water, view and sunsets. Please let me know if you are interested, you won’t need to pay any rent or bills, just take care of Bluey and give him a lot of love (he is an amazing dog). If you can provide your police check, copy of driver license or passport would be awesome.
