About this house sitting position in St Kilda East
Art Deco Mansion apartment
Welcome to my spacious two-bedroom apartment, located in buzzing and diverse St Kilda East.
Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll enjoy the luxury of my art deco apartment.
Gas fire place, central heating, air conditioning, and internet. I don't have a TV, as I prefer to listen to music or watch youtube on my laptop with a cat or two purring on my lap.
The space
Welcome to my beautiful apartment! During your stay, you will have access to trams, trains, buses, cinema, shops, cafes, restaurants, and parks and gardens.
I also provide essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, washing powder, and anything in the kitchen cupboard, or fridge. I don't have a coffee machine, but you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the 7 eleven across the road.
The apartment is located on the first floor. Please note that there is one flight of stairs from the ground floor to the apartment as this building does not have lift access.
I have undercover car parking, but you need a small car as my spot is awkward to access negotiating the building, a pole and the other parked cars. Please let me know if you will need the car space as I will need to move my car.
My cats
Stanley and Kubrick are my adorable fur babies. Stanley is super affectionate once he gets to know you, and Kubrick will give you licks and nose kisses. Stanley is a big talker and speaks in purr chirps which I find delightful.
They love to play and they have many cat toys to keep them occupied. They need to be locked in at night to keep native animals and birds safe. In the morning let them out so that they know they can use the toilet outside and the cat door is operating again. As soon as you see something in the kitty litter scoop it up with the little shovel and flush down the toilet. They need feeding twice a day: dried food (1/3 cup each) in the morning and wet food at night (1 packet each). Do not overfeed even if they are begging as they were obese at one point and it has taken a long time to get them to the size they currently are.
At dusk, I call them in and lock them inside and give them a little cat treat for coming in or a small amount of biscuits.
Other things to note:
Please respect neighbours and keep noise and music to a minimum before 9am after 11pm.
Strictly no pets or parties, sorry.
The apartment and balcony are non-smoking areas.
Police check required and references required. Read more...
