About this house sitting position in Summer Hill

Two-story, five bedroom house in Sydney's Inner West. A few minutes walk to both the railway and the light rail. We're away from the 10th of Jan till the 31st and need someone here between those dates, but we have a guest bedroom with en-suite, so a house-sitter can arrive a few days early and leave a few days late if required.
You'd need to be OK with minding dogs, we have two mini-dachshunds. The black one loves you and will demand many belly rubs, the brown one thinks you're a terrible intruder who is absolutely not to be trusted until about 24 hours after we leave, after which you will likely become his emotional-support-human. He's a rescue dog, and very anxious. They both need to be locked up after dark or they'll bark at possums way too much. Neither need walks or exercise other than access to the back yard during daylight hours.
We have off-street parking with an EV-charge point.
