About this house sitting position in WAMBOIN

Hi!
We are looking for a house sitter/sitters/family to look after our place. Our dog is 1yr old and we would like the people to be able to spend most of their time at home.

Our house is on 12 acres in a quiet semi rural area just outside Canberra.

We live off the grid but not short on comfort with double glazing throughout. There are plenty of trees and a dam to swim in (if youre game in Winter). Our place is 30 minutes to the Inner North of Canberra (Dickson) and 25 minutes to the airport and Queanbeyan. It's freeway driving and a good road.

Closer by (10 min) there is Bungendore with a supermarket, restaurants, pub and amenities.

Great location for exploring Canberra's mountain bike trails - Kowen, Majura and Stromlo. We are 1hr50 from Batemans Bay or 1hr30 from Cooma.

The house is completely off the grid, double glazed with rain water, fire place and composting toilets (absolutely smell free and inside). No maintenance to do except bring the wood in.

We have a dozen chickens, 2 minature goats (self suffiecient to a point) and a gorgeous small Bordoodalier (Boordoodle x Cavalier) that doesnt shed. There are 3 fenced spaces for him. He requires a walk and a sniff every day and is a very relaxed guy. He sleeps in a crate at night and being young happy to leave him for 5-6hrs at a time.

The dam is located 300m from the house. It isn't visible but is not fenced off.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, car port and large shed with a slab out the front. The shed has a gym and a climbing wall for you to use.
