About this house sitting position in Williamstown

Hi, we have a heritage Victorian 3 bedroom single story home on a very long block with a large yard.
It is un renovated but has great character and is very comfortable with great heating & cooling, a very wide street and a very quiet neighbourhood. Williamstown is a highly sort after Melbourne coastal suburb.
Our home is in a fantastic location with a 5 minute walk to the beach and botanical gardens which are in our in street. It is only a 2 min walk to the train station, and a 25 min train trip to the CBD.
We need someone who enjoys the company of old dogs and who is sensitive to elderly pets needs. Roxy is a 15 year old short haired border collie “Roxy” This sit is Ideal for someone who can work from home. It is not ideal to leave her for more than 4 hrs at a time. Shorter outings are fine. We also have family who can be on call if you need her minded longer on occasion or for any help.
Roxy has arthritis and only needs short strolls. For longer walks we also have a large dog pram if you want to walk longer distances yourself which she loves. She can also get out and enjoy the destination if you choose to use it. It always brings a smile from passers by. There are some great parks in walking distance.
We also have two easy cats Tiggy 16 who is now indoor and Sunny 5 who is indoors and out. Tiggy is the ultimate lap cat & requires a tablet twice a day with meals.
Our recent sitters loved it here and described them all as very easy and 'chilled' to be around.
We also have a popular massage chair and recliner in the lounge with a tread mill.
