Lovely two bedroom home with large deck overlooking Woy Woy Bay / Brisbane Waters. Great screened in porch area for WFH, a BBQ, or just relaxing. Property backs onto Crown land, and you can easily access the Brisbane Waters National Park from the neighbourhood. Wharf in the photo is located just a 2-minute walk down the street. 1- and 2-person kayaks are available for use.

I have a 4-year old mixed breed rescue pup named Dodger who needs some love while I'm travelling. He's never met a human he doesn't like. He loves a trip to the dog beach in Ettalong or Umina Beach, a long walk along the Brick Wharf Path in Woy Woy, a game of fetch at Penang Gardens, or just a walk in the neighbourhood or a game of fetch in the backyard. He sleeps downstairs - the bedrooms are upstairs - but if you are open to it, he would love a cuddle with you on the lazy-boy or couch after dinner before bedtime.

The house has a steep driveway, but parking is available on the street if you prefer to park there. However, you must be able to walk up to the house. Public transportation is great to the city from Woy Woy (express/limited stops trains run every 1/2 hour), but you will need a car to get to shopping and the train.

Hoping to find someone that works primarily from home, as Dodger is used to having me at home most days. It would be great if we could have a meet'n'greet before the house sit so Dodger can you & Dodger can meet in advance. Read more...
