Hello everyone, I have been a Qualified Chef of 35 yrs, I have run kitchens in Hotel Venues throughout the years all over Australia, on ABN, salary and wages, I also have Aged Care qualifications, current Police Report, briefly had a Remedial Massage business, and a few different jobs, green house work, flowers, and worked on a farm in New Zealand, where I was born, been in Australia since 1985,when I started my apprenticeship as Chef at Kakadu National Park and finished apprenticeship in the Whitsunday Islands QLD, which ignited the passion of travel around Australia.
I have owned 7 houses through the years, in South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania.
I have had different types of pets, dogs, cats, birds, horses, had a hobby farm with sheep and a couple of cows, and bred NZ rabbits. My last dogs where Great Danes x with bull mastiff (Husband and wife) they had 2 Hugh and healthy litters. Had a native bird licence where I had red tailed black cocatoos, pink cocatoos and Eceas, plus a hand raised Maccaw.
