More information about this house sitter

Hey folks. My name is Clancy (32), I'm a quiet/introverted animal-lover and a bit of a homebody, a self-employed musician who sometimes also works as a gardener. When I'm actively gigging (I'm not always) it's usually just a couple of nights a week, so I usually have lots of time to spend with animals making sure they're okay and not feeling lonely while their humans are away!

I have house-sit for people a few times before, and I'm looking to make it a more regular part of my life, because I really enjoy the flexibility and variety of being in different settings and locales and having a bit more space to myself more often.

I pride myself on being a conscientious, tidy, reliable and trustworthy person - I have previously worked in fields like disability support that required high levels of vetting, national police checks and working with children checks, and I'm always honoured to be able to uphold with integrity the trust that people place in me, whether that be in caring for themselves, their loved ones, or their homes and furry loved-ones.

I grew up with 2 dogs and 3 cats, have lived with chickens and ducks and even a horse...I love animals - they always seem to love me too! So I'm very happy to pet-sit. I'm also currently doing an online course through the University of Edinburgh's Veterinary School aimed at better understanding the behaviour and psychology of cats and dogs to deepen my own understanding and connection with them,
