Hi,

Active, older, spirited, ex-pat Kiwi. Enjoying life, roaming and exploring helping people like you, get away and have peace of mind knowing your home and precious pets are in excellent loving hands.

I've lived most of my life in rural Canterbury, New Zealand, before moving to Australia 17 years ago. I have many years of experience (too many to count) working with animals - horses, cattle, sheep, poultry, dogs, and most of the usual farm menagerie.

My travel companions are my re-homed small, well-behaved, and sociable dogs - Steve the lad (5-year Terrier) and Penny, 2-year slightly wilful Spoodle! Both are good with people, dogs, cats, and other animals.
I'm a keen gardener and can handle most ride-on mowers. I love art and craft and exploring what makes each local area unique.

I'm a non-smoker. I love good conversation, a good coffee, a good book, with maybe an occasional glass of wine.

Footnote – I am an Airbnb super host with excellent reviews, hosting both domestic and international guests. I'm housesitting while my new cottage is being completely renovated.
