Good day!

I have been minding neighbours & friends pets since I was a young girl so I have 45 years plus of pet-minding experience. I have completed over 200 sits ranging from overnight to several months.



*I have active memberships on 2 other house sitting sites. I'm a newbie on Mind A Home having joined this site end of November 2022.*

Hi all,

I'm a young at heart Mum to a 28 yr old who lives independently.
I've always been the biggest animal lover & I'm very kind, gentle & extremely patient yet I know how to train dogs so they know that I'm the human in charge! Lots of positive reinforcement! ☺️

I've trained in Nursing & Paramedics so I'm proactive in any situation as I can remain calm & think on my feet.
I've also worked in Finance/Banking the Airlines & in Medical Administration so I'm well-rounded. I have been working as a Career Nanny for over a decade now & do the odd job here & there so I have plenty of time to devote to your precious pets & home.


As a break from the Medical field I trained & worked as a dog-groomer which I really enjoyed! I had my own dog-walking business too so I'm familiar with 40 plus breeds of dog from a Maremma, an Afghan Hound to a Bassett Hound down to little Chihuahuas. I love them all!

I've cared for different breeds of cats, chickens, geese, ducks, guinea pigs, rodents, fish & reptiles too!
I'm quite fit & have always been sporty so I'm happy to walk your dog & clean up after him in the backyard or out & about!

I keep a very clean house & have my Nursing Sister Mother to thank for training me from a young age as the eldest of 5 children!
I have a very healthy lifestyle & am a non-smoker & never been interested in other substances! I l'm a very light drinker & enjoy an occasional glass of wine with an evening meal.

You can entrust your furry family members into my care & I can happily say I've never had a pet get sick in my care.

I'm very dedicated to my furry charges & love them as if they were my own! I have a big heart! ❤️
I love being outdoors & am a bit of a green thumb & naturally happy to care for your garden & any indoor plants too 🪴 I find watering plants to be like meditation...it's so relaxing!
